What to expect: The hotel’s large car park leads up to its main executive and corporate entrances. The airy main reception has light marble floors with a metal globe sculpture in its center. As well as a check-in area, corporate and leisure guests can take advantage of the full concierge services or check the London Heathrow airport arrivals and departures board alongside the electronic conference board.

The granite floor and carpeted Conference Center has a dedicated entrance and reception area, along with a break-out area with leather sofas and chairs. In total there are 24 syndicate rooms, all with electronic boards with company or conference titles, maple-paneled walls, air conditioning, audio-visual facilities, computer-sensitive lighting, high-speed Internet access (surcharge) and credenzas with tea and coffee facilities. The dedicated business center has computers with high-speed Internet access (surcharge), photocopier and facilities for binding and laminating, as well as secretarial services on request. Two Internet lounges are also available at either end of the hotel with computers and high-speed Internet access (surcharge). The health suite and gymnasium has a 20-meter swimming pool with spa tub and lounge chairs alongside, gym with cardiovascular equipment and weights, saunas in both male and female changing rooms, along with locker facilities. This hotel has 537 guestrooms, all of which are decorated in light woods and walls with complementing color schemes, wall-mounted graphics with London scenes, double glazing and black-out blinds. All rooms have desks, TVs, separate seating areas, wardrobes, hairdryers, trouser presses, irons and ironing boards, full-length mirrors, safes, tea-coffee facilities, and fridges. Bathroom tiles match guestroom color schemes and have bathtubs, hand-held and wall-mounted showers, and shaving mirrors. Extra complimentary toiletries, sewing kits, and shoe mitts are available on request.
DINING :
The Original Carvery - Decorated with terracotta tiled floor, light wooden tables and chairs, screens, and plants, this 300-seat restaurant serves a full traditional English and Continental breakfast, with eggs and pancakes cooked to order, as well as catering to ethnic and special food requirements. During the rest of the day it has a traditional carvery (serviced buffet) with meat, fish and poultry, and salad bar. There is also an à la carte and children’s menu.
Le Bar - Decorated with contemporary maple wood chairs and tables, this lobby bar is split level with a central bar and stools, plus a large-screen TV. Coffee and other drinks and light snacks are available all day and evening.
Delaney’s - Decorated in dark wood floor and furniture with upholstered leather seating round the edge, this is an Irish-themed bar seen in the ornamentation, signs, and pictures. Open in the evenings only, it has a real pub atmosphere and serves snacks.
