The tasting menu includes high-concept, sushi-sized dishes. Each course can be paired with a wine recommended by the sommelier; the restaurant has a wide selection of Australian wines. A la carte and mezze lunchtime menus are also available. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, Monday to Saturday.

MU Lounge - This chic bar echoes the sophisticated, low-lit atmosphere of the adjacent Miu restaurant, with contemporary dark-wood furnishings and sumptuous red velvet. Visitors can enjoy pre-dinner drinks at the bar, or retire into Snug, an intimate corner room with plush banquettes and plump cushions. The Miu Belles cocktail menu and a permanent photo exhibition focuses on local celebrity socialites, reflecting the youthful crowd that frequents the bar.

Tangerine Café Bar - Bathed in light from the glass atrium above, the interior design of this café bar comprises orange and brown contemporary decor, soft seating, and small marble tables covered with crisp white tablecloths. An express breakfast is also available each morning for those in a hurry.
