DINING:
Nahm - A Michelin-starred restaurant with teak-wood furnishings and floor-to ceiling windows. Guests are served innovative Thai cuisine created by chef David Thompson, including dishes such as Galangal Soup with Wild Mushrooms, and Minced Prawns and Chicken Simmered in Palm Sugar and Coconut. A private dining room seating up to 50 people is available. Nahm is open for lunch and dinner from Monday to Friday, and dinner only from Saturday to Sunday.
